The 2016 Gold Coast March Yearling Sale at the Magic Millions Gold Coast Sales Complex had 395 quality lots to go under the hammer.  Brad Smith of Pegasus Racing attended the sale on both days conducting inspections with the view to purchasing horses to add to the stables rapidly growing team.

The sale always generates a lot of interest with top Queensland sires such as Real Saga, Falvelon, Captain Sonador, Sequalo and Love Conquers All to name but a few of those represented. It was an opportuity to also see the progeny of Golden Archer and Instinction for the first time, two exciting young stallions that are sure to forge excellent careers within the Queensland breeding landscape. 

Lot 5 (Wicked Style ex Zerotami) on the opening morning of the sale held a special place in terms of the Pegasus Racing stable with a half brother to our exciting stakes placed filly La Dolce Vita to go under the hammer. Pegasus Racing also have the full brother to Lot 5 in our stable at present with “Golovkin”, a two year old who is set to make his racing debut in the coming months. He was purchased at this same sale last year. 

With all Sales, Brad makes himself available to conduct inspections for prospective purchasers and is only too happy to discuss any potential purchases with his existing client base and of course Pegasus Racing would love to welcome on board any new owners that may wish to join their successful team.
